I am Nizar Bredan, a professional photographer living near Brussels. I have had a passion for photography for a long time, and I have been working professionally since 2009. My academic training took place at the Higher Institute of Architecture Victor Horta. This may explain my passion for photographing buildings, both indoors and outdoors. I have won several prizes, including "What is Architecture in Belgium" organised by the SADBr, "Landmarks" from the international Hana Turkistani Competitions, and others, held photo exhibitions in Brussels, Namur and Germany, and published 3 books of personal work. The digital medium being unavoidable, I have my own website and other online media, highlighting my work.

In concrete terms, I offer my services to professionals. My experience in digital art also contributes to creating particularly well-polished, even artistic photos that meet the needs of the latter. I am available from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 8 pm for any appointment.

Photography for professionals

How many professionals have their own website nowadays? Photographs that are not top-notch reduce digital communication efforts to nothing, whereas professional photography is essential for effective visual communication.

This is why I have been working on photographs for professionals since 2009, in order to enhance the value of their projects. It will be the same for an architect who wants to show his realizations, or an estate agency which wants to advertise its housing for sale or for rent . All these professionals have difficulty attracting customers because of unflattering photographs of their establishment or projects, poorly lit and therefore unattractive in the end. When a restaurant or hotel photographs its façade or tables, it is to attract customers and give them a glimpse of their services. Poorly framed or dull photos will therefore have the opposite effect. 

 Having a keen visual sense, won competitions and held my own photo exhibitions several times, I offer to provide professionals with photographs worthy of their profession.

Having developed my photographic eye through my work as an architect, I bring a rich and sensitive perspective to the spaces I photograph. In addition, I am perfecting my skills in image retouching after many years of practice with Photoshop.

The services offered by Nizar Bredan

Several possibilities are available to professionals when it comes to photography. My services generally revolve around specific activities, and I am currently collaborating mainly with architects, interior designers, real estate agencies, business owners. However, I am open to any professional looking to showcase their own project with high-quality photographs.

The photo reports include photos in JPG format in "WEB" quality (for your publications on the Internet) and in "HD" quality (for your prints). Some photos can be retouched in a sophisticated way in case of difficult conditions on request. The whole package is sent by email via a dedicated web page for the preview of the images and a download link, as soon as the work in post-production is finished.

1 Architecture and interior design photos

Architectural and interior design photography can be very varied. Having been trained in this profession, I know how enormous the possibilities are. However, it is important to choose photographs that will interest potential clients. Interior renovation is quite trendy these days. I will comply with the architect's project by listening to his needs. 

2 Photos for real estate and rental agencies

The photographs for real estate and rental agencies that I propose will enhance the property for sale or rent. The aim of the photo publication is indeed to enhance the value of the house or flat. To show the building from its most beautiful angles while giving a complete overview of the spaces ", so that the customer has a precise idea of what it is, such is the reason of my intervention.

3 Photos for businesses (hotels, restaurants, shops, etc.), offices and public buildings (hospitals, cultural centers, schools, etc.)

When it comes to shops, professionals are interested in photos that enhance their establishment.

Photographs for hotels will focus on the view of the outside of the building, the entrance hall or reception area, access to the rooms, and the unobstructed view of the city, for example. Photographs for restaurants or shops will focus on the signage, interior decoration and atmosphere of the premises.

Hospital renovations or new builds are important to highlight, both to showcase the establishment on social networks and the internet, and to demonstrate the quality of the new spaces created for patients.

Office photographs are essential to demonstrate the expertise of office designers. It's a branch of interior architecture that has grown in importance in recent years.
