Reminiscences is a project that was born from the desire to revive details of my own timeline that have almost been lost.

The experiences that we live are like images parading in our minds. Some get engraved forever; others get covered by the dust of time.

Immersing myself into my photographic archives quickly brought me to question myself about how past experiences can influence, or even inspire the present; an indirect reminder that sometimes the most precious resources are in the depths of oneself.

Each piece has its own secrets linked to the photographed places or situations. These emotionally charged images explore the fragile, sensitive and potentially disturbing aspects that can shape the remains of an unconsciously neglected memory.
